Our People

LBWco truly believes that the people around us are at the core of our shared success. We have a range of initiatives that enable our people to combine their professional roles with a full personal life.  From our Three Shift week to our Celebration Day there are times for work and times play. Community mindedness is also a common thread through the group with many of us mentoring or volunteering for a range of organisations.

LBWco’s team also includes a number of casuals who support our projects, fieldwork programs and administrative functions.
