DUE DILIGENCE
Land transactions can be risky for site owners and purchasers or lessees and being informed is key to managing risk. LBWco provides due diligence advice to any party involved in a potential land transaction. We identify and characterise environmental risks and liabilities of a site or operation, to enable informed decision making by our clients.
ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING
LBWco is adept in developing, reviewing, and implementing environmental monitoring programs. Whether it be a regulatory requirement, an operational requirement or as part of a due diligence matter, we will obtain, assess, and report monitoring data in a timely and cost-effective manner.

LBWco has a highly experienced team to develop strategies, plans and programs to manage environmental aspects and potential impacts or nuisance issues for an operation, project or activity.

what Does LBWco Stand For?
Our business has evolved through three separate brands: LBW Environment (2007-2014), LBW Environmental Projects (2014-2017), and LBWco (2017 - current). LBW has always been a consistent part of our name.
During our startup phase, surnames of the mix of potential business partners led us to a working name of LBW. When the time to incorporate arrived in August 2007, the letters had grown on us and we recognised the great opportunity for the “LBW” brand to become a readily memorable name to the many cricket-loving professional people in our Australian market, so we ran with it!
In 2008 Jarrod and Kylie Bishop became the sole owners. The LBW brand continued, but the etymology of our name changed
LBW = LAND. BISHOP. WATER.
In 2017 we pivoted with "co" to recognise the people who make the business successful: our team; our clients; and our suppliers. Consulting, communication, collaboration, co-operation and connected, are all favourite "co" words that fit with our brand and culture.
In 2024 we proudly added another dimension to the “B” with Nick Brewer joining us in ownership of the UK company, LBWco Environmental Ltd (trading as LBWco UK).
