LBWco offers training and support to internal teams, small and large, to keep them informed and focused on the environmental areas that cause the most concern.
We understand that engaging an environmental consultant for every task that needs to be done can put pressure on budgets. In the instances when internal resources are in place, we can:
- write policies and procedures for entire areas or operations;
- present at team training days;
- write guides and standard operating procedures for field events;
- review internal training and environmental checklists;
- train and provide follow up competency assessments for specific tasks;
- accept a short term secondment to back fill leave;
- coach and mentor;
- provide ad hoc support
