Stuart is a Senior Principal Environmental Consultant with 30+ years’ experience and has established himself as an industry leader in the direction and management of multidisciplinary teams in environmental assessment and management. His expertise spans the assessment, management, and remediation of contaminated land; environmental due diligence; feasibility assessment; compliance auditing for construction and development projects; real property and facilities acquisitions and disposals; and environmental impact assessments.

Stuart’s nationally recognised skillset has led to advisory roles for public and private sector organisations, as well as government agencies in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, in relation to transactional environmental due diligence, land development, and the assessment and management of environmental risk. He has consulted across a wide variety of industries, including Defence, aviation, ports, rail, transport and logistics, mining, metals and energy, industrial, professional services, property development, asset and infrastructure management clients, and government and public entities.

In addition, Stuart was previously appointed as an expert advisor (site contamination) to the Infrastructure Sustainability Council of Australia (ISCA) to advise on-site contamination matters relating to ISCA certification on national infrastructure projects. Stuart is certified by EIANZ as a Certified Environmental Practitioner and Site Contamination Specialist, and regularly leads assessment panels for certification.

With a strong and successful track record in high-performing executive and team leadership roles within both the private and public sectors, Stuart’s leadership skills have been instrumental in driving successful outcomes in complex environmental projects.
